Meet the State’s Newest Conference Center

Opened in 2021, Iron Trail Motors Event Center in Virginia, MN is the state’s newest conference and event space. It’s also home to two hockey arenas, which convert nicely into concert, expo or even banquet spaces.

This facility has a 6,400 square-foot ballroom equipped with three screens and seating at rounds for up to 300. This space can be split into four 1,500 square foot classrooms with seating for 60+. Two additional breakout rooms seat up with 40.

A boardroom seats 10, and flexible spaces throughout the Center are ideal for pre-event receptions and additional classroom or meeting areas. Outdoor spaces further expand options for social activities, and an indoor walking track, plus trail access outside, open up opportunities for walk-and-talk breakout sessions for your conference, or even just healthy add-ins for attendees.

For a fun twist, this facility has one of the Midwest’s only indoor ice bumper car system. Ask about the ice bumper cars as a pre-, post-event or team-building activity for your group!
