Hours of Operation:
May through Labor Day: 8 a.m. – 7:30 p.m., daily
Labor Day through October: 8 a.m. – 5:30 p.m., daily
Winter hours (late November through April): 8 a.m. – 3:30 p.m., Fri-Sun
Note that the trails close completely in November for deer hunting season, so plan accordingly.
Getting There
The recreation area sits along Highway 135, just east of Gilbert, Minnesota. The entrance is clearly marked on Enterprise Trail, making it easy to find from anywhere in the Iron Range region.
