Every year in September ReVive Virginia hosts the Food Truck Festival on Chestnut Street (the “main drag”) in Virginia. More than 20 food trucks arrive fully loaded and ready to serve. There’s music, and Chestnut Street businesses like Canelakes Candies and others open their doors for a day of fun and food. The 2024 event will be on September 21st.
Part of the charm of any summer festival or event is obviously the food, and to not explore that aspect is to miss out on part of the integral experience. Going with an experimental, adventurous, or exciting option is the very core of exploring, discovery, and of travelling to new places.
So discover the summer flavors that we have here on The Range, because our culinary inventions are as much a part of our area as our history, events, and our outdoors. Bon Appetite!
