Paleontologist John Westgaard and the Hill Annex Paleontology Project volunteers will be onsite again with a fascinating collection of Iron Range fossils. Come see what they have on display, ask them questions about fossils, and learn what volunteer opportunities there are to get involved in the research project. Activities for kids will let them handle real fossils, while learning what the organism was like when it was alive and different ways that fossils are preserved.
General admission applies.
