Iron Range Offroad Driving ClassIntro to Offroad Driving 101On selected weekends, Iron Range Offroad hosts an offroad driving class at the Iron Range OHV park in northern Minnesota. We will go trail riding on easy and moderate trails in the park and spend some time talking Jeeps. You will get a chance to get your Jeep into 4-Low, get it dirty, and maybe even get stuck. Don't worry, we'll get you out too, because that's part of the unwritten Jeepers code. We never leave someone stranded. This class is not for "extreme" vehicles and people looking for hardcore trails (though the park does have that too). Instead it is geared toward the beginner who wants to walk before he/she runs (we will "crawl" over some rocks). Class size is limited to 10 vehicles to ensure that everyone gets personal attention, gets to watch enough other vehicles to see what works and doesn't, gets to take some great photos, and gets to meet a variety of other Jeep owners. Register for an adventure!The cost is $199.00 per vehicle. There is no additional charge for passengers. The driver and each passenger must wear their seat belt at all times. Pets are not allowed. Tow hooks front and rear are mandatory. Trips cancelled less than 7 days prior will be refunded 50%, trips cancelled less than 2 days prior cannot be refunded.
