The Iron Range Juvenile Diabetes Support Group is hosting its 14th Annual Golfing for a Cure tournament on Saturday, September 23, 2017, at the Eveleth Golf Course. This is a 4-person scramble with registration at 10 AM and a shotgun start at 11 AM, followed by a dinner, prize presentation, raffle drawing, and silent auction. Proceeds of this event will benefit children on the Iron Range of MN living with diabetes, provide educational information to our community, and give kids scholarship to attend diabetes camps. A portion of the proceeds will be donated to the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation (JDRF). The mission of JDRF is to find a cure for diabetes and its complications through the support of research.
