Finnish Heritage Homestead Tours

Situated in the Embarrass River Valley, the town of the same name attracted Finnish immigrants at the turn of the last century, possibly due to a similar climate and landscape. Visit restored homesteads, log buildings and the Nelimark Home Museum in this guided tour.

Hours & Rates

Tours are offered Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays at 1 p.m. Memorial Day Weekeend through Labor Day Weekend, and other days by appointment only. Cost is $6 for adults, $5 for seniors and free to children 12 and under. Group rate is $5 per person.
